What we do at CNC Laser Cutting
We currently operate three CO2 laser cutting machines, with power outputs ranging from 1700 to 4400 watts. These large dual pallet machines provide a fast and efficient solution to cutting a wide range of materials to your exact specifications.
Our state-of-the-art CO2 lasers produce a clean and smooth edge with a very high degree of repeatability. The combination of clean smooth edges, extreme accuracy and high repeatability makes it possible to cut a wide variety of materials quickly, cleanly, and accurately.
With no additional tooling or machine setup costs, laser cutting is a cost-effective, fast and efficient solution for both one-off projects and large production runs.
State-of-the-art technology
Our state of the art machines have full CAD/CAM programming incorporated for easy uploading of designs, which allows our designers to rapidly convert your drawings and designs into custom made finished products.
We can rapidly convert your drawings or files and nest your parts for the most efficient sheet use. Our sophisticated software allows for the closest possible nesting of parts, which guarantees the best possible utilization of materials.
Our CAD/CAM software can also be used to incorporate an assortment of location tabs and keys to make assembly easier and more accurate. Parts can also be etched with assembly instructions to help eliminate mistakes, or etched with serial numbers for better traceability.

Press Brake Services
To complement our laser cutting services, CNC Laser Cutting Limited also offers a complete press brake service for folding and shaping complex components to your exact specifications.
We utilise powerful 100 Tonne Amada HFE series Press Brakes and the very latest CNC technology to fold sheet metal from just a few millimetres across to 3 metres long.
Along with our state-of-the-art Press Brake machines, we continuously invest in a large tool library to ensure we can fold complex profiles with ease.
